Hyacinth is finally grown up. This installment in the series tells her story of how she found love and solved a mystery. Never one to let go of anything, she keeps you on your toes during this read.
This book holds a second epilogue to all of the books in the Bridgerton series. It also includes a story about Violet Bridgerton. I really enjoyed getting to revisit each member of the family and hear more about their stories.
The Island of Sea Women is the story of women on the island of Jeju starting in the 1930’s during the Japanese colonization of Korea. This book was a fascinating read because I learned so much about the culture and the times. The sea women, have an entire culture that is being lost to time and this book works to teach and remind us of all that they did and stand for. If you haven’t read this book, I highly, highly recommend it. It will open your eyes to an entire culture that you never knew existed.
